Plastic COP vials with low protein adsorption

Expensive medicine mainly need spical packaging to protect its’ effectiveness, like cosmetic medicine, oncology drug, cancer drug, etc. These medicine need speical packaging to keep active effect. Many these medicine use glass vials as packaging, howerver there always some more questions troubled the medicine. Like protein adsorption, glass shards, metal ions and so on.

Cyclo Olefin Polymer (COP)


Cyclo Olefin Polymer is a new material in pharmaceutical packaging industry, COP vial is an advanced plastic bottle which can substitute glass bottle, it can contain the medicine which will react with the glass. Shijiazhuang Xinfuda is now developing the COP product which has the following advantages: excellent physical and chemical stability, high transparency, low protein adsorption, no discoloration after radiation, no flakes in the test of Drug compatibility. For now, only Japan and U.S.A. applied the COP material into the products. The development of the COP products from Xinfuda Plastic will fill the domestic gaps in China.
