The COP plastic bottle is made from the COP material which is cyclo olefin polymer,the COP bottles is a  high-end medical packaging and can take the place of the glass bottles.The COP plastic bottles can store the medicine that can react with the glass bottles.So the COP is used often in recent years.

Third,you need think some ways to prevent the medication errors like the followings:
