In veterinary oral paste syringes manufacturing,the weld line is the line where two flow fronts meet when there is the inability of two or more flow fronts to “knit” together, or “weld”, during the molding process. These lines usually occur around holes or obstructions and cause locally weak areas in the molded part.

Weld lines can be caused by several different problems:

1. Injection pressure or injection speed is too low
2. Low mold temperature
3. Improper flow rate of injected plastic materials

Our syringe factory had adopt measures to prevent weld line.The following is our measures:

1. adjust the condition of injection,such as improve fused plastic temperature,improve mould temperature,improve injection pressure and speed and so on.
2. add the air vent,
3. decrease to use mold-release agent

When we do these,our syringe don’t has weld line.
