The cow mastitis syringe is a kind of functional packaging

The cow mastitis syringe is not only use to packaging dairy cattle mastitis medicine, but also has injection function.
This udder syringe has unique tip helps prevent pushing harmful surface bacteria into the teat canal, reduces the risk of new infections, this intramammary syringe has an exclusive easy to use protective cap.
How to use the cow udder injector.
  1. The udder and teats should be thoroughly washed with warm water containing a suitable dairy antiseptic and dried, preferably using individual paper towels. Carefully scrub the teat end and orifice with 70% alcohol, using a separate swab for each teat. Allow to dry.
  2. Insertion
    1. For partial insertion: Twist off upper portion of the protective cap to expose 3-4 mm of the syringe tip.
    2. For full insertion: Remove protective cap to expose the full length of the syringe tip.
  3. Insert syringe tip into the teat canal and expel the entire contents of syringe into the quarter. Withdraw the syringe and gently massage the quarter to distribute the medication.

How to solve the bubble of cow mastitis syringe

The bubble defect is one problem of plastic injection product. The cow mastitis syringe also appear this problem.Today I will tell some method to solve the bubble problem.

1.when the wall thickness of syringe is more thick, the cooling speed of syringes' surface is quicker than syringes' center, therefore, with syringe cooling, the center plastic is shrinking and expanding,in this way,the syringe center may be filled insufficient, then the syringe can produce bubble, this situation is called density bubble. The following method is solution.
2.according the wall thickness, ensure reasonable pouring gate and runner size.
3.leave enough supplement injection material untill sealing pouring gate
4.the injection time is longer than the time of sealing pouring gate
5.lower the injection speed, improve the injection pressure
6.use higher grade melt viscosity material
7.because the volatile gas cause the bubble, the following method is solution.
8.pre-drying adequately
9.lower the plastic temperature, avoid producing volatile gas
10.the bubble caused by bad liquidity, you can improve plastic material and mould temperature, improve the injection speed.
